The panel on the wall opposite the mirror is a broadband acoustic absorber, with a custom photograph printed on the acoustically transparent fabric.  

The wall of windows on the right of this photograph were added inside the existing windows to block out street noise.  They utilize laminated acoustic glass and the details were custom created to match the trim work of the 1910 building.  

This wall of glass was originally created for a producer's room, that was later converted to a sound studio.  To do this, we created new acoustic glass sashes, utilizing the same oak details as the existing doors and millwork.  These Sashes were laminated on to the existing doors and window.  To finish the job, we added acoustic seals around all openings, including an automatic spring seal to the bottom of the doors.

The oak millwork for the two, newly constructed rooms pictured was done to mimic the building's original millwork.  

We worked with interior designer and broadway performer Nick Sanchez to create the decor for this space.  

This oak window was constructed inside the recess of the building's existing window and utilizes laminated acoustic glass and removable sashes. 

we designed and built this kitchen to compliment the open feel and oak details of this studio's vast loft space.  

The kitchen was designed with an under counter refrigerator and tiered counters for use as a bar area for parties and client entertaining.
